Samuel Ndeda Siminyu is a lecturer in the Institute of Open, Distance and eLearning in the College of Education and External Studies at Makerere University in Uganda. He also doubles as the Managing Editor for Makerere University Press. He holds a doctorate in Higher Education from the University of Liverpool, UK. His research interests are in the fields of African Oral Literature; Courseware Development; Open, Distance, and eLearning; Open Educational Resources; and
Scholarly Publishing.
